Stephanie

Office Coordinator

Stephanie is a native of Massachusetts and moved to Maine a few years ago. She has been working in the medical field for many years and was attending college for Veterinary medicine. She has been very interested in learning about all fields of dentistry and is looking forward to continuing her education.

Stephanie enjoys spending her free time with her friends and family, knitting and playing with her two cats Puff and Poppie which she adopted from the Westbrook humane society in January 2009.

Nakea

Certified Dental Assistant

Nakea has been a dental assistant for almost five years.  She recently completed the certification from the Dental Assisting National Board.  This certification entails rigorous testing in radiology, infection control and chairside assisting.  The certification also requires 20 hours of continuing education each year which she enjoys.   Nakea is also looking forward to completing the expanded function dental assisting course enabling her to place restorations and make temporary crowns and bridges.

When not in the office, Nakea enjoys spending time with her family as well as working on the house she is restoring with her husband. They were married on October 10th 2009.

Melanie

Registered Dental Hygienist

Melanie is a 2005 graduate of the university of Bangor with an associates degree in dental hygiene and a certificate to administer local anesthesia. While in school Melanie received the Oral-B patient educator of the year award. Melanie joined the office at the beginning of 2009. Melanie is skilled in main different procedures within her scope of practice and specializes in in-office whitening.

Melanies other interests include drawing and painting.
